Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh beat Jennifer Boss and April Ross on Sunday in the finals of the AVP Tour’s stop at Coney Island in Brooklyn.

They have won 17 straight tournaments and are odd-on favorites to a win gold medal at the Beijing Olympics in the women’s volleyball.

“The Olympics are 20 days away,” Walsh said. “I feel it every second of the day. I’m really energized and really excited to be playing volleyball.”
