Eric Lamaze wins mixed equestrian jumping
Eric Lamaze from Canada has won the mixed equestrian jumping at the Beijing Olympics.
Rolf-Goran Bengtsson from Sweden won the silver medal and Beezie Madden from the United States won the bronze medal.
Horse doping scandal at the Olympics
The horses competing in the equestrian at the Beijing Olympics have become embroiled in a drug scandal.
Four horses have tested positive for the illegal drug capsaicin. Coster from Germany, Chupa Cup from Brazil, Camiro from Norway and Latinus from Ireland were the horses named in the scandal.

Typhoon approaches equestrian venue
A typhoon which is approaching southern China may interrupt the equestrian show jumping final to be held this evening.

Isabell Werth from Germany won the silver medal and the bronze was won by Heike Kemmer also from Gemany.

The United States has won the gold in jumping team, equestrian. Silver went to Canada and bronze to Norway.

Germany has won the gold medal in the dressage team event with a score of 72.916.
Silver went to Netherlands with a score of 71.750 and bronze to Denmark with a score of 68.875.
Germany wins first equestrian gold medal
Germany finished with 166.10 penalty points in the Equestrian Eventing Team to win the gold medal, the first to be won in Hong Kong.
Australia finished second on 171.20 points and Great Britain won the bronze medal with 185.70 penalty points.
