U.S. lose their second Olympic softball game - gold to Japan
The United States have lost their second game ever in the the softball tonight in the Olympics, losing to Japan 3-1.
It is a huge upset for the United States team, who have been on a 22-game winning streak, with their last loss at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
The United States may have a long time to wait to reclaim their title as softball won’t be played at the 2012 London Olympics.
Australia won the bronze medal.
