Terracotta warriors to be displayed in Olympic Green
Five authentic terracotta warriors will be on display in the Olympic Green for the duration of the Beijing Olympics.
The show will be free and will give visitors a chance to see these amazing artifacts. The warriors date back to more than 2000 years and were discovered by chance by farmers digging for a well in 1974.
To visit the spectacular site of the Terracotta warriors, Xi’an is an overnight train or short plane trip from Beijing.

A great article, thank you. I think that terracotta warriors are somehow a link between China’s heroic past and its present might.
