Coach Pellerud happy with number of women’s soccer games before Olympics
Canada’s women’s soccer team coach Even Pellerud believes that having his team play a maximum of seven games prior to this summer’s Beijing Olympics is a manageable number without fatigue becoming an issue.
Canada will face World Cup runner-up Brazil at BMO Field in Toronto on July 10 after returning from home from playing three or four games at the Peace Queen Cup in South Korea in June.
Canada plays its first game at the Beijing Olympics against Argentina on the 6th of August in Tianjin.
