Hackett breaks his own 800 meter word record
Grant Hackett broke his own 800 meter free style world record in Melbourne on Sunday. He took two seconds off the record.
Hackett will be competing in the 1500 meters at the Beijing Olympics where he hopes to become the first swimmer to win a gold medal in the same event in three consecutive Olympic games.
