Chinese man puts 2008 pins in his head to show support for Beijing Olympics

The Telegraph reports on a very bizarre publicity stunt where a man put 2008 pins in his head to show support for the upcoming Beijing Olympics.
Dr Wei Sheng previously set a Guiness world record for putting 1790 needles in his head.
Some Chinese are going to extraordinary lengths to show their support for the Beijing Olympics, including this man who got Beijing Olympic tattoos.
Ummm…OUCH!
I’m going to choose a less painful way to show my support. Maybe a t-shirt or hat, perhaps!

Pin trading is like an Olympic sport. Each of those pins could be traded, with a photo / keepsake, for a pin from a tourist.
