Air China to start using new Beijing airport in March 2008
Air China will start using the new Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital Airport in March 2008. The airport is expanding to be able to support the expected increase in visitors for the Beijing Olympics.
The new airport terminal will be able to handle the new Airbus A380.
“Air China is proud to be the flagship tenant in Beijing’s fabulous new Terminal 3,” said Mrs. Lan Zhang, Vice President of Air China. “Our familiar customers will benefit from the move to this excellent new facility, and our new passengers joining for the 2008 Olympic Games will also be pleased with their state-of-the-art experience here in Terminal 3.”
