The rain finally let up last night. The bridges and buildings are lit up night giving Fenghuang a very romantic feel. It is probably not the greatest place to come by yourself!
Unfortunately it is raining pretty heavily again today. I am planning to head back to Jishou for the night and then taking the train in the morning up to Zhengzhou. I have always wanted to see the Shaolin temple.
One thing Fenghuang is famous for is its dried meats. Dried fish and beef I can understand, but dried pig head which has also been flattened?
