Great Britain pair win gold in the star - sailing event

Iain Percy and Andrew Simpson have won the gold medal in the star, men’s kneel boat (sailing) event at the Beijing Olympics.
Brazil’s Robert Scheidt and Bruno Prada took the silver and the bronze went to Sweden’s team of Fredrik Loof and Anders Ekstrom.

Defending Olympic champion Ben Ainslie of Great Britain won gold in the Finn (Heavyweight Dinghy), sailing evnet. He is the third sailor to win gold in three consecutive Olympic games.
