Sprinter Justin Gatlin from the United States who was banned for drug use is filing a law suit in a last ditch attempt to compete in the Beijing Olympics. He recently had his appeal rejected by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

He could have trouble pursuing this in American courts as CAS is based in Switzerland.
