Jong Su Kim has tested positive for the drug propranolol and has since been stripped of the silver medal he won in the Men’s 50m Pistol and the bronze medal he won in Men’s 10m Air Pistol.

Propranolol is a drug used to control hyper-tension and anxiety.

Thi Ngan Thuong Do from Vietnam who competed in the Artistic Gymnastics Women’s All-Round where she came 59th also tested positive for drugs. She tested positive for the drug furosemide. Furosemide is often taken to mask the use of other drugs.
