Fuwa robots and technology at the Olympics
Another goal for China in hosting the Beijing Olympic Games is to show off their technological expertise. China will be launching their TD-SCDMA 3G network before the Olympics. China will also be releasing new environmentally cars.
Lastly, the article mentions the newly developed Fuwa robots. Fuwa are the mascots for the Beijing Olympics. The robots will be able to communicate with tourists in different languages.
Let’s hope they look better than what we could come up with.
