World Under 23 Champion triathlete Erin Densham took a wrong turn in the Gatorade sponsored event in Melbourne, Australia. She still won the event comfortably and is now on her way to the Beijing Olympics.

“That (wrong turn) cost me a few seconds, but that’s OK,” Densham said with a laugh.

“Meg just flew out of transition and I was just trying to catch her. Once I found a rhythm, I felt good.

“It shows I’m in OK form. It’s surprising because I felt l had another gear left in the run — if I needed it.”
