Vincent Hancock has won the gold medal in the men’s skeet - shooting

Vincent Hancock from the United States has won the gold medal in the men’s skeet at the Beijing Olympic Games with a total of 145 hits. Hancock had to battle off Tore Brovold of Norway in a shoot-off for the gold. Anthony Terras of France took the bronze medal, also after a shoot-off.

The Norwegian shooter’s name is spelt wrong. It is Tore Brovold.
