I went to the “Good Luck Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Synchronized Swimming Qualification Tournament” yesterday at the new Beijing Olympic swimming center. It was great to finally see inside the center and be able to walk around a bit more and even get close to the National Stadium which holds its first event tomorrow (April 18th) which I have already bought a ticket for. I watched the duet technical event which the Spaniards Andrea Fuentes/Gemma Mengual are now leading. Harada Saho/Suzuki Emiko from Japan and China’s Jiang Tingting/Jiang Wenwen are coming in second third place respectively.
