France wins gold at the men’s team epee - fencing

France has won the gold medal at the men’s team epee at the Beijing Olympics.

Poland lost France in the play-off and they take the silver medal.

The French team comprised of Jerome Jeannet, his brother Fabrice Jeannet and Ulrich Robeiri. Tomasz Motyka, Robert Andrzejuk, and Radoslaw Zawrotniak make up the Polish team.

Italy won the bronze medal in the event.
