Canada unveils its Olympic uniforms

Canada Olympic uniforms

“It was a real movement in every part of our lives, so it was hard not to be conscious of it,” said Co-designer Tu Ly in an interview Wednesday prior to the unveiling of the line. “There’s so many new qualities and technologies built into bamboo or cacona fabrications that makes it very easy for us to choose and put in the line.”

The uniforms also have Canada written in Chinese script.

Does Canada NOT want their athletes to show up? Would you? Wearing THAT? Bloody awful! Oops - I mean, greeney awful!

What’s with the Chinese script? It is not one of our two official languages. HBC has turned our athletes into walking jokes!
